Tour Sable Homes new Harvest Meadows zero-step entry condo at Grand Rapids 2023 Fall Parade of Homes
Rockford-based Sable Homes invites the public to tour its new Harvest Meadow zero-step entry condo in Wayland during the Home Builders Association of Greater Grand Rapids 2023 Fall Parade of Homes. This is Sable’s newest neighborhood development, featuring, when complete, 100 new maintenance-free living condos, which will each be 2,242 square feet.
The Harvest Meadows Parade condo features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a ground-level patio and luxury finishes, including granite countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, tile backsplash, a large owner’s suite with an ensuite bathroom and expansive walk-in closet, an additional spacious bedroom and full bath, four season room, and a heated garage.
The Harvest Meadows neighborhood, expected to be complete in 2026, will have paved roads and feature Sable’s Hybrid Technology in each of the condos, providing homeowners a savings in energy costs. Condo units start at $285,000.

The Sable Homes entry will be open for viewing Fridays and Saturdays from 1-8 p.m. and Monday through Thursday from 5-9 p.m. Tickets are $10 through Oct. 5 and $15 during Parade. They can be purchased online or at any Lake Michigan Credit Union Grand Rapids branch. New this year, post-event viewing of Parade homes can be viewed online from Oct. 15-31 for $10.
