I purchased a home from Sable Homes. I began the buying process with Angie (such a kind and energetic woman) just as the pandemic had been brought to our attention within the United States. The paperwork, questions, decisions, choices, important documents, and process plans were all put on the table. A start date was scheduled and then everyone was shut down. As soon as possible, Sable informed me in regards to their ability and release to move forward. I was never left uninformed. All of the Sable team, in spite of all the difficulties within our country and state, remained positive, friendly, and informative. As progress continued, Sable maintained steady and professional qualities and answered any and all of my questions. Contractors- awesome! Realtor, Angie- awesome! Company owner- awesome! Project Manager- awesome! In office personnel- awesome! I hope I didn't leave anyone out because this is a total team effort building homes to please such a broad range of people, needs, and interest. As for my home, it is beautiful. I may have things happen that any home owner would have to address. If it is under warranty, Sable and/or product guarantor will take care of it. I would recommend Sable Homes for a new home. Ask them a lot of questions; know what you need in your home; and be attentive to your choices, there are a lot of them!

We built a home with Sable and moved in a few months ago! Even though we began the building process at the beginning of COVID they were able to get us in in a timely manor, they were great with communication throughout the process, and made the whole process so easy for us! I would recommend them! We love our home that Sable built!

We just moved into our new Sable home and are very happy! We had planned to move in then have our 3rd girl, but the baby decided to come a month early. Angie did everything she could to help us get in, the bank messed up and Angie totally saved the day. We are grateful for everything she did. Tim, the warranty guy, is also great. We love our new home and are very happy with Sable.

Working with Angie has been amazing! With the market finding a home felt impossible so we went the route of new construction. It felt really nice to be able to pick everything when it come to our house. We were on a really tight timeline and Angie really pushed to make things happen for my family. We’ve had a few minor hiccups since moving in but Angie and Sable in general were really great about getting everything fixed as soon as possible. I don’t know why I was so nervous throughout the whole process because I am over the moon with the results! Also love the community feel but still having the flexibility to do what you want with your home!

We worked with Angie from the beginning and are so grateful! This is the second house we have had built and the most important thing to us is responsiveness! I sent a lot of emails to Angie and she was very responsive, I always knew I would hear back from her within a very short period of time! Most of the time, within a few hours. We just celebrated 13 years of living in our Sable Home. We're still very happy here and this will be our forever home. Everything has been very energy efficient and we love our low utility bills. We still have our original furnace, AC, hot water heater, windows, etc so it's more than efficient! It's helped us save money for once it's time to replace those things. Sable homes has been amazing to work with from start to finish! As a growing family we wanted to be able to buy a newly built home that we could grow into. The process was extremely easy thanks to Angie Takens and the awesome staff at sable. We were able to walk through existing homes with different lay outs to determine which layout and style would best fit our family. Our favorite part was walking through the showroom to make our design selections for the interior. From cabinet and flooring options to countertop and backsplash, the choices were perfect for our style and family! Having never built or purchased a new home before my wife and I decided to jump into the arena back in the fall of 2017. We found a parcel and the real estate person made the referral of Sable Developing. Once we met Sharon and Pam we were Sold. They made the whole process very seamless and quite easy. February 2018 meeting at the design center and November 2018 moving into our new Home. What more is there to say other than the staff and all the contractors were very professional and polite and quality was very important to them all.
