Sable Homes to host Newaygo neighborhood revitalization kickoff event with River Country Chamber of Commerce

Join Sable Homes and the River Country Chamber of Commerce for  a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Tuesday, Dec. 5, to kick off construction revitalization at the River Hills residential neighborhood in Newaygo.

The first phase of the River Hills neighborhood began over 15 years ago. Since that time, four homes were built in the development. Sable Homes recently purchased the 40 acre property to help the Newaygo community complete neighborhood. The Rockford-based home builder will construct homes on the remaining 27 lots in phase one of River Hills and has plans to complete the proposed 19 homes in the second phase.

During the ribbon-cutting celebration, details will be shared about two area non-profit organizations, Newaygo County Area Promise Zone Authority and TrueNorth Community Services, that will be recipients of funds from Sable Homes.
